Your edible insect shop "Insectescomestibles" uses the service "GLS" to deliver and track your order. You can order your edible insects with an other delivery service "GLS express" which deliver your order fast in France and worldwide.
When you buy edible insects online and would like receive it in France, Europe or worldwide, we offer your different delivery methods:
An appetizer or a barbecue with your friends ? You can't wait your edible insects? No problem! With the fast service GLS express when you place your order before 2:00pm* you can receive your order the next day before 1:00pm. The service is charged 24€90 for France and 38 € for Europe and worldwide.
* Order before 2:00pm. Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery on Monday morning for orders placed on Friday after 2:00pm. Subject to confirmation of payment.
We ship your order within 2 business days after confirmation or receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is GLS. If you prefer a signature with your delivery, an additional cost will be applied, in this case thank you for contacting us.
As of the shipment, you will have a directly searchable package tracking number from your account or via https://gls-group.eu/FR/fr/suivi-colis. The delivery announced by GLS service are 48 hours (2 working days) for France, 3-10 working days for Europe and 5 to 14 business days for international deliveries. For more than 50 € order, your shipping costs for France are offered.
As soon as your order is shipped, we can confirm by email and communicate to you the tracking number. The parcel number is also accessible from your account, under my orders. You can at any time know where is your delivery, consulting your tracking number.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay postage for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products.
In case of absence during the delivery of your parcel, a calling card will be left. Any package returned for non-claim will be re-shipped upon payment of shipping costs by the customer, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
EDIBLE INSECTS can in no case be responsible for loss, theft or damage of parcels during delivery by post. In case of significant delay or stop monitoring of delivery, please contact customer service Colissimo quoting your Colissimo tracking number. In case of deterioration of your package that could have damaged its contents, please do not accept the package on the grounds of this degradation. Any package agreed will be considered compliant and will not be a return process.
periods of sales and private sales can create an exceptional peak of orders, shipments can occasionally take longer time. If the maximum delivery period exceeds 20 days we pledge to offer a gesture of goodwill.
